Pros

Legit medical device with positive impact on patients. Company has a good market opportunity. Finally starting international expansion.

Cons

Management doesn't set realistic goals, frequently initiating too many projects drawing on the same resources. The Quality Management system is a mess. Commitment to diversity equity and inclusion is questionable at best. Frequent layoffs.

Excellent pay and benefits, but that's about it

Cons

HR (a majorly bloated part of the org. Could and should reduce headcount here by 30-40%) pushing employees for positive reviews to fight the negative reviews with very real concerns. "Fast-paced" more like snail-pace. Execution on introducing new products/features beyond slow.

Good pay If you are buddies with your manger.

Cons

They hire only their buddies from earlier company. Started at upper mgmt and they will just hire someone they know and will not challenge them. Bring ur old buddies and just support Product.
