      Pros

      There are some amazing people there and you can get a lots of experience.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING. This is a horrible place to work. Upper management try to micromanage every second of your day , down to your productivity. Technicians are expected to work after hours or on weekends to get things done but not be compensated for it .Not to mention the unrealistic expectations that your manager puts on you. Don't subject yourself to the loads of stress you will have working there. RUN!

      Upper management's pigheaded and impractical attitude made things far worse than they needed to be

      The office environment was clean and decently maintained, which is a small positive

      Cons

      Upper management couldn't have been more pigheaded in their approach to daily operations. Their impractical decisions wasted time and made the job harder for no good reason. Any feedback from staff was ignored or brushed aside with an attitude that suggested they knew better than everyone else. This created a frustrating and inefficient work environment that drained motivation. It felt like no matter how much we tried to improve things, leadership was determined to keep their blinders on.
