Pros

Benefits were good until management stopped giving RSU's to many employees. Hope the executives are happy padding their own pockets. I thought our pay would have gotten adjusted to compensate for stopping the RSU incentive. Many employees and teams I worked with over the years were great and full of joy but this was beginning to change.

Cons

Work / life balance is a sham. It does not exist. How can you take a breather when one of the main company value is 'Think Big, Go Fast'. I personally heard and witnessed employees being stressed about unrealistic project/work expectations. Management is often quick to criticize and micro-manage because 'now' the focus is purely on profit which I fear will compromise patient safety. Overlooked for promotions even though I worked 10 - 14 hours every day. Management needs to be more transparent and stop using deceptive tactics for their own enrichment.
