      Supportive coworkers but heavy micromanagement and limited growth

      Pros

      Ok pay but getting more difficult to make it work during the current economic climate. Coworkers are supportive and help as much as they can. Opportunity for flexible overtime hours.

      Cons

      - There is a massive emphasis on micromanaging. They track clicks, mouse movements. - Little to no autonomy & support. If you get stuck in a scan, you are kind of on your own to figure out. Coworkers do their best to help each other, but if you get it wrong it's still on you. - Very little schedule flexibility. - Limited growth opportunity especially for remote workers. - Productivity goal posts constantly being moved.
