Pros

coworkers - experience in working with 800# gorilla in new and expanding space - the comp is average to above average for similar position.

Cons

Unless you are part of the field sales organization your role is still an experimental one - even if you are a performer, not alot of attention is given to the Inside Sales team.

Pros

Great Idea, brings continuity to the project team and allows for everyone to be on the same page. Visualization is far and away the best practice for successful and efficient development. Most people in the lower levels are helpful and supportive. It is a good thing the product can sell itself. Support is very good.

Cons

Sales Management is terrible and most should not be in the positions they are in. Ethics among many at the mid to upper levels is questionable at best. Pay for the amount of work is well below market average. Reimbursement for work and travel related expenses is not convenient, it is terrible.

Pros

The work environment encourages continuous improvement, which is certainly beneficial for the individuals involved. People are always open to trying out new things in terms of technologies and processes, and that gives every individual if he or she chooses to an opportunity to really stand out and sometimes contribute above and beyond what their role would normally require them to do.

Cons

While we have improved a lot in this regard, we can continue to get better on understanding customer needs and providing more visibility into what drives the product road-map.
