Easy to keep job. But not for the ambitious.

Pros

Weekends off. Great job to slowly build career in. With the right connects exceptions can be made.

Cons

Sales commission, no incentive for closing loans, business accounts, and custodial account. Policy needs to be improved. Still using old system needs major update in technology.
