Very frustrating at times. Lack of complete communication from upper management.

Nice place for those looking to stay in same position until retirement

Cons

No clear directions on basic procedures. Each branch makes different decisions. Outdated systems make job tedious. Employees are given extra duties and wear several hats with no extra pay. Member service doing loan officer work without title or pay.
