      Pros

      iThink Financial Credit Union is all about their employees. I have never worked somewhere before where I have felt as seen and heard as I do here. The benefits are great, but hands down what has made my experience here so amazing is management. The Call Center Manager and Call Center Director take the time and effort to build their employees up and give them the necessary tools to succeed. They build off your strengths and skill sets. To me iThink Financial isn’t just a job, it’s a career.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that I didn’t start working here sooner.
