      - Work-life balance is 100% - A great team to work with - Supportive owners - Opportunity to learn a lot of industry specific things, provided you have the hunger to learn.

      Cons

      - Pay scale can be better - No perks - Less holidays and when compared to industry standards. But that compensates with the chilled work life balance (so can be a pro or a con, its subjective)
