Great Workplace

Pros

Everyone is really intelligent. Easy to work with coworkers. Everyone pitches in and helps. Most engaging company wide meeting I have seen. Great atmosphere, great work environment, people bring in dogs which roam the office and love to be pet, and everyone wants to help the business grow. Please do not believe the negative comments....trying to generalize a group of individuals based on their religion is wrong. This is coming from someone who doesn't even follow a religion.

Cons

The cons would be the fast moving operation, but those gaps are being worked on and the company's plans show they are taking the right steps to create efficiencies. It just takes a lot of work to get there. Everyone is solution driven rather than complaining all the time so that is nice.

Pros

Most, if not all, of my colleagues, are really smart and always come to the office eager to learn and help out. It makes the work environment effortlessly positive, enjoyable, and collaborative. I very much appreciate this self-accountability that the weekly staff meetings bring. Departments can connect, celebrate, and reward wins but also discuss areas of opportunity. There are also little things here and there that display effort and appreciation, like complimentary snacks and beverages, chill music, and clean and well-kept common areas. Overall, I gladly make the commute and enjoy my time in the office. (Spoken from a once SAHM who greatly appreciates work-life balance.)

Cons

Due to accelerated growth, several disconnected processes have been implemented, leading to a greater workload to achieve outcomes. This presents an exciting opportunity for a software team to design, develop and implement an ERP system, streamlining operations effectively.

Great Company - Good Work-Life Balance

Pros

I've worked for the company for just shy of a year now. I have never felt as backed up by senior management as I do at this company. When needed, senior management has rolled up their sleeves and truly helped me sort out anything that needs to be sorted out. The support is definitely there from all team members. Top it off with a great work-life balance. My previous company made me feel as if I was wrong for leaving before 6 pm, the iEnjoy team leaves at 5 pm each day, and after this time, management is quite respectful of your time off, not calling or emailing unless there is a genuine emergency. The company plays games and rewards employees for meeting quota, etc. Beyond anything I've seen at previous companies.

Cons

I can't think of an actual Con - my workload is a lot during peak season and due to company growth, but even that, HR has stepped in to hire extra support for my team. I can't really call it a con, because the support is there to ensure it isn't an ongoing issue.
