The company has a customer first attitude. They also provide new challenges to its employees who want to explore new roles in the company. The health plan is the best I have had among my work career and the 401k match is outstanding.

Cons

The company has a fast paced environment and could use additional resources in several departments. The product development cycle could be faster.

Really invest in their employees. Great benefits and fairly competitive salaries. Provide several avenues for advancement. Fairly low turnover within corporate positions. Building amenities at the HQ are fantastic.

Cons

No work from home policy. Department management styles vary wildly, leading to poor communication. Lack of capacity in a few departments. Many simple to implement ideas take months to come to fruition.
