ifm is the best company that I have worked for. There is a very unique culture that is sacred in being maintained. The level of employee focus and appreciation is amazing and seen throughout everything they do. The benefits are top tier, compensation is very competitive, and employee events are top notch. There's a reason there is such longevity with many employees at ifm and it's because it truly is unique and a family.
