The company has a customer first attitude. They also provide new challenges to its employees who want to explore new roles in the company. The health plan is the best I have had among my work career and the 401k match is outstanding.

Cons

The company has a fast paced environment and could use additional resources in several departments. The product development cycle could be faster.

Cons

While promoted as a team environment, you are punished for helping coworkers. Tasks are not always clearly defined which is further complicated when managers don't agree on the task at hand.
