Good benefits and most people are nice to work with. They have fun social events sometimes.

Cons

Miserly bonuses tied solely to sales performance. For non-sales, means you can be extraordinary or terrible and bonus is the same. Still 1985 in many ways at ifm such as no work from home and stuffy dress code. They preach a "flat" management style, but do not embrace it. Everything is top-down, no real freedom to do anything without manager approval. No room for growth in my department, no higher position to work toward but not all departments that way i think.
