Good company culture. Excellent training for both technical and sales training. Products and technology are very good. Management listens to employees for the most part and tries to do what's right. Lots of talented people here...

Cons

Slow to develop new products, but when released they are ready for market and industry leading. Growing company is loosing some of it's family-like culture. Starting to get heavy on the analytics.

Cons

little room for advancement, some heavy turnover in select departments but very few cons.

Pros

Fantastic culture with a work hard play hard mentality. Everyone from the Sales teams, marketing managers, etc. are all friendly. The company treats you really well. The CEO is exteremly innovative and has a really good vision.

Cons

Compensation wasn't great and when the industry was struggling there were several layoffs.
