Pros

Very supportive culture, great long term prospects, very generous expenses and allowances. There's definitely room to grow within the company, and they are happy to sponsor further education that aligns with the companies interests.

Cons

The only con for me was that he salary was far too low, and the commission structure made it hard for you to make a decent amount of money.
