Okay for fresh graduates

Pros

+ great quality products so you dont have to worry about customers' complaints + friendly bosses / coworkers + things to learn to work by your own, to increase your self reliance

Cons

- super low pay raise, not enough to compensate inflation - don't have career path for almost all positions (except outside sales to become senior / territory manager/...) - the benefit also bad compared to lots of foreign companies - employ young / fresh graduates so that they can pay as low as possible - direct manager have no clue how performance her staffs were

Great coworker, amazing benefits, incredible product that honestly sells itself

Just wished the company had more direction they could be making so much more money with a better marketing campaign and some minor tweaks to sales.

Great Place to start out of college!

Pros

-They paid for us to live in Providence, RI (Plus they gave us base pay plus per diem) - Paid for a trip to Cologne, Germany for more training -Great Inside sales team that helped you learn the product - Ok base pay for coming out of college plus commission. - Company car, phone, iPad, and computer.

Cons

- Poor Management. You never knew exactly what style of tactic to go to market with certain distributors or OEM's. -Although I had a direct boss, id hear from him once every two weeks and was very clueless as to whether or not I was making progress (sales number were good) or there were things i needed to improve on. -Really little to know sales training if at all. It was almost entirely Product based discussions with Sales people that studied engineering
