-Minimum commissions -Changing hierarchy. Getting rid of regional managers to save money and not paying territory reps more -Basic raises, not performance based -Limited room for growth

Changed to German CEO 2 years ago, the company is going downhill. The new CEO does not care about his employees and purposefully compensates well below market value. Terrible organization if you are looking for advancement opportunities. Commission was revoked. There is no commission. The company oreaches transparency but all they so is feed you feel-good lies. I experienxed this for 7 years

Pros

Company has good benefits, and overall a good product to sell. Friendly people.

Cons

Leadership has not preformed the roles they lead, and it shows. Too much time is invested in ideas that take up a significant amount of employee's time, when the idea's have no research or support behind them. Unrealistic goals that are constantly changing coupled with very low pay make for a stressful work environment. Every time an employee quits, management goes out of their way to bad mouth them. The parent German company continues to push their employees to run everything in the US, but blame the American employees when things fail.
