The company insurance 100% covered with no deductible for family Car allowance reimbursement was very fair based on mileage The company replaced outdated sales system with more convenient online CRM

Cons

Commissions to the upside weren't as good as other places I've worked. I would have preferred a lower base salary with a higher commission structure.

Work Life Balance, Innovative, I like my co-workers, benefits / company car, overall not a bad place to work. I would recommend Igus to people interested in looking at it. (specifically for the Outside sales roles)

Cons

Upper management unorganized. Constantly changing what they ask of you from a KPI perspective. product managers/sales resources overworked or hard to get a hold of. Also some of them incompetent.
