Pros

The work environment is unbeatable. There are teams in the US and abroad and there is so much diversity within the company. Ideas, talent and hard work are truly appreciated and recognized here. Yes, there are times that engineers or other staff are very busy.. but there is always food here and friendly faces to joke with as we solve problems and complete projects. Working at Indie is challenging in all the right ways and is rewarding as well. Team lunches and celebrations are a norm and everyone is here is basically family.

Cons

Processes could improve here and there, but with growth comes... growing pains! Overall no real cons to working at Indie.

Pros

It has been fun working with these bunch of smart people, learning from them through their work and experiences in the industry. For some one who is stepping into the industry like me, this is the company where you gotta be. It takes you through a roller coaster ride of emotions with challenging projects where your colleagues are continuously backing you up with an amazing support, and you can only come out stronger and a better engineer than you are!. Its backing like a family!!..

Cons

I haven't come across any Cons so far, and even if I did the company is always willing to address it.
