Pros

Lots of growth in the past year and things still seem be on the upswing. Smart and dedicated coworkers (good team players too) Great new office - huge improvement on old office Lots of training to help you improve

Cons

They are definitely not shy when it comes to letting people go if they don't consistently meet their goals. Happened to a few people on my team. Communication between departments could be a bit better

All reviews after 01/25/19 are coerce, the overall rating for the company was far below what it should be. This isn't a healthy company, you can give your best and it would not be enough. Take a vacation one week, and the Monday you're back from vacation, you're fired. Having a family or other commitments doesn't matter to this company. It's true CEO does laps to make sure everyone is working. You have to wear multiple hats here and turnover is insanely high.

Pros

- Nice coworkers - Camaraderie on the sales team - Decent PTO (18 days you accrue) and strictly defined hours 9-6 - Having a job/income

Cons

- There is a toxic negative environment built around innRoad that starts from the CEO and spreads throughout upper management. All senior leaders at the company are insane micromanagers and the CEO will do laps to make sure people look busy -- looking busy is probably valued almost as much as actually doing work. - The only company culture that exists is distrust. Your ideas and input are not valued and at the end of the day you're just a warm body to have in the office. There are no company wide emails or meetings so you can't even pretend to know whats happening throughout the org - Not really a pro or con but I don't think innRoad even has an HR person so I guess that shows you how established it is Take a look at some of the dates on those 5 star reviews to determine whether they're legit or not
