Excellent internal resources, LOS was easy to use, onboarding was smooth, pricing was decent.

Cons

When the market shifted slightly, they were laying staff off left and right. Made us layoff a PA after like 2 months of rates being higher. Short-term vision of the market.

-Leadership is excellent (middle management through executive leadership) -Company is focused on the right things -Compensation package is aggressive -Benefits are awesome -Company recognizes hard work & promotes within -Tons of opportunity for advancement -More work life balance than other places i've worked in the past, but still highly competitive

Cons

Hours are longer than a normal 9-5 but better than previous lenders I've worked for in the past.
