Profitable but unpleasant

Pros

Incoming leads, no need to prospect, plenty of business to be had, not expected to chase down stips from customers.

Cons

cube farm, therefore the cube farm mentality takes over from management. Expected to work 10 hour days or else frowned upon for not being a team player. Really a call center environment with over inflated titles. If you don't mind a short leash and a daily brow beating, this is the place to be.

Fun Team with forward thinking Executives. Lots of opportunity and watching the company grow is exciting.

Cons

Making it a smoke free environment around the office building. :)

While we did provide a place for our employees who smoke, that's away from the building (in Foothill Ranch) and has tables with umbrellas, I will pass your suggestion along to the appropriate people so a reminder can be sent out. - Tara

Pros

loanDepot provides a positive work environment. By listening to the suggestions and ideas of their employees, they have manage to provide an effortless workflow so that you can achieve your goal. Leaderships are supportive, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Same goes to the team staff, no matter how busy or hectic their day is, they’re willing to lend a helping hand. I love working here and not many people can truly say that!

Parking situation can be better.

We do try and ensure there are a lot of opportunities for our employees to express ideas and suggestions, including anonymously. We're glad you recognize that we do! We do have limited parking adjacent to the building, and have issued green parking tabs based on tenure for all of the spots that the property management company has allowed us. Thankfully, the open parking isn't too far away. - Tara
