Pros

- you'll meet some great people - you will be challenges

Cons

- every company has bad apples but the problem with lululemon is they are easily disguised in smiles, pretty faces and small talk. You don’t find out about the general two- faced problem with managers until it’s too late. - If you’re male, childhood friends with your boss and/or a suck up, you’ll climb that ladder no matter what. Internal promotions are usually based solely on likeability with your boss, and in a company that is 95% women, it’s all about whether you can tow the line safely.

Great Culture-

Pros

Awesome culture. They do emphasize work/life balance. Management is generally understanding and works toward your growth as person and employee.

Cons

For the areas that you find most lululemons, pay is a tad low. You find most of their stores in areas where average income is well above the national average, but they pay their retail employees pretty average wages, especially since they almost require a 4-year degree (not always, I saw exceptions).
