Pros

Pay was decent, dress code and store discount was awesome, music is store was fun and enjoyable.

Cons

Pretentious, mean, rude managers who were quick to point fingers but didn't follow the same rules. Had a coworker who was written up for going to the restroom on the clock.... bizarre. Not family oriented at all; if you have a life outside of the "lululemon cult" you're not "accepted". You never recommend this place to anyone.

Pros

- leadership development focussed culture - innovative, collaborative work environment - great fitness benefits and product discount - If you are a type A personality apply within!

Cons

- the culture of giving 'feedback' or being in the 'real conversation' is often used (and abused) as permission to be an a-hole to someone. -
