Pros

Sweat sessions paid by company Decent compensation when commissioning An alternative retail concept The clothes are high quality and the design is fresh and well thought

Cons

Management is unprofessional and the workplace is full of cliques. The management team will insist you work on doing a job aspect in the approved way and then will not do so themselves. There's a lot of self importance and big fake egos going on. To me, there's nothing worse than working at a company that constantly harps on being mindful and including but does no such thing.
