Pros

You work with incredible and ambitious people every day Benefits - free fitness classes/gym memberships Opportunity to meet and make connections with inspiring people in the health and fitness world

Cons

Biased management. Promotions tend to be based on friendship instead of merit or skill set. Little work/life balance. There is a lot to be done when in a leadership role and often there isn't enough time off the floor to get it all done. The company is very cult-like in terms of its' culture. It's not okay to have your own ideas or opinions. It limits your potential growth in the company.

Pros

- Bonus - Sweat card to workout

Cons

- Depends on your Store manager. If you're lucky you get a store manager who is flexible and works with your schedule. Others, aren't so lucky.
