Pros

Working at lululemon athletica was impressive. The training didn't include anything about selling until the third and fourth day of training. The first two days were all about developing yourself and your interests. Working there allows you to be fun, energetic, and build relationships with your peers and guests that come in the store. There are many perks to working at lululemon that I probably won't speak about due to privacy I'm assuming, but it is worth it.

Cons

Recently, they implemented a way of management that ultimately led me to leaving. It is fairly new so I'm sure it will be resolved - they are constantly pushing you to bother guests and ask them if they need help (like the first 5 people who asked them was not enough). They can be a little excessive in how active they are in the community. It is great if people are into it, but if other educators (sales associates) aren't into it, that does not mean they do not belong there. Besides that, and slight favouritism, the company is great! FYI: The cons I have provided are just based on my own interests. Others will say that there are no cons and they would be right as well. The company was still great, that is the reason for the 5 stars.

Pros

The company really really does care about it's employees and provides them with amazing benefits and opportunities. Everyone is always super encouraging and supportive. Amazing work environment with great work/life balance.

Cons

The worst part is not anything to do with the company or people working there. It's just that people assume by working there, you drink the 'kool-aid' and that you've been brain-washed. It's really not like that at all. I'm a fit person, but not to the extreme like others are, and I feel no pressure whatsoever to step outside of my comfort zone. They just encourage me to pursue my goals.
