Pros

Like minded athletic, happy people. Really good benefits, and pays particularly well for a retail job. I also got lucky with the group of people I work with - I've heard some stores can be cliquey. Mine is amazing.

Cons

There is a blackout period for getting time off over the Christmas holidays (for about a month or more) which can be pretty disappointing if you're trying to spend time with family.

Pros

Pay was great with a really good bonus scheme Money towards fitness classes Amazing company culture Company invests largely on 'goal setting' for employees

Cons

Sometimes felt 'cult-like' Management at London flagship store was very poor (full-timers were valued more than part-timers) Lack of diversity
