Pros

Great benefits to work out for free in the community. Great work environment with similar minded people. Good health benefits.

Cons

Short shifts to allow better work-life balance actually makes it so you have to work 6 days a week to get full hours

Pros

The culture is really positive, healthy and welcoming. lululemon supports their employees by giving them money per month towards fitness classes

Cons

the training can be overwhelming at time and a bit cultish. it would be nice to get a few articles of clothing at max discounts before starting to help employees come dressed in all lululemon gear without having to invest a large amount of capital when you first start.
