      Pros

      The pay is amazing for a part time job. Actually realizing your goals and putting them down on paper Being able to workout with amazing people in your community

      Cons

      If you don't want to be a store manager as a life goal you can forget about even getting a pay raise as a key leader. If you don't fit their sorority girl mentality then forget about getting along with higher management. And Lululemon has cut out a massive market in plus size workout clothes.

      Pros

      lots of young people, high energy, high achieving environment at the SSC office. If you work well independently without the need for training, development, or a clear career path in a sink/swim environment, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Management talks from both sides of the mouth, professing a culture that values work/life balance, fun and personal and professional goals while the reality is that the working hours are unreasonable (7 am mandatory meetings, 10+ hours is a normal day, while 13 - 15 hour days are frequent during crunch times. The pressure is constantly there to "rise above mediocrity" and put in the hours to get the work done. if you don't comply, criticism is doled out under the guise of "feedback". complete lack of transparency with what it takes to further your career.
