Great Atmosphere, Team, Pay, & Environment
Pros
*At my location, I had amazing managers who cared about my well-being and the quality of my work. We worked together and made a plan towards career growth in the company. *Pay was great, working weekends and holidays is worth it *The work itself is never-ending - in a good way - if you like an environment that's constantly adapting with the core foundations staying.
Cons
*Working in a small mountain town, we had a problem with an older individual who would make micro-aggressive comments, etc, after coming to managers with reasonable proof, they took it up the chain and dealt with it accordingly. They promote a safe working environment and truly enforce it. *If you're on the merch team, be prepared to stay hours after closing. Even at small locations, there's big drop days! But it's doable! Just takes time - which is expected. *Finding a transfer for your specific job title can be difficult, it's a competitive pool!
