Pros

Discount was good, super cheap of them to remove the WMTM discount though.

Cons

- Over the last year workload has doubled and any kind of flexibility has disappeared - Crazy micromanaging - Most of the Team Leads can’t even spell properly but they lucked out and were promoted when Covid happened and are clinging onto their jobs leading to lack of room to grow for newer employees - They laid off their North American part time employees but still have Vendors working who barely speak English - Huge push to train AI - Performative activism and buzzwords
