Great part time job

Pros

Amazing benefits including discount, allowance for workout classes, competitive retail pay. As an educator it feels like leads are actually working to help you develop and grow. Overall it's a very fun and chill place to work especially if you are a student or need to make extra money on top of a full time job. Good work life balance. Although Lululemon as a company has gotten a lot of flack (rightfully so) I've always felt included and appreciated the diversity of the Short Pump team.

Cons

Have to have open availability for nearly all of Dec/Jan, though most people are willing to trade shifts. Holiday season is a lot and it begins to feel like a dull retail job after a year or so if you don't plan on moving up through the ranks.

Terrible

Pros

None, probably the super scarce bonus that your manager or keyleader pushes you to achieve, but don't expect much.

Cons

The worst retail job I have ever worked, do not work at the KLCC branch. Rampant bullying and no care for their educators when it coems to mental health. Beware of the ASM as she has her favourites. Key leaders also have their favourites, they pick on newlus and discriminate.
