Pros
Transparent, trusting, family-oriented, flexible. The organization really strives to adopt company values and make sure they're adopted. For example, there have been meeting rules put in place to make sure that others don't interrupt, that shy voices are respected and amplified when they do speak up, and that remote employees aren't spoken over when the lag in video calls give their feedback a delay. Management trusts you to get your work done and just ask that you remain accountable for what you are committing to get done. Feedback is always transparent and you're always pushed do better yourself.
Cons
You have to manage yourself which isn't necessarily a con, but if you're someone who really needs a mentor, you just have to explicitly ask for it or find it outside of mabl.
