mabl has a great team of people across all functions that make it fun to come to work every day. It’s been really rewarding working across a team that has a unified goal and also has a product that is very well positioned in a strong market. It’s also a company that values transparency, all the way up to the CEO. You are given visibility into a lot of what goes on behind the scenes, which is something you rarely get at other places.
Cons
It’s a small company that is working on a lot, so there is continual change that you have to be able to adapt to.
