Pros

Great work life balance, good pay and insurance. The remote aspect is nice with no micromanagement. Work is easy and training is thorough.

Cons

No real upward movement, only false promises of growth. Constant layoffs, they will tell you to your face that your job is secure and there is nothing to worry about out, until they decide otherwise and lay you off.

friendly atmosphere own product support of its employees

Cons

low salaries in general in the market, another very unpleasant moment was when I refused an offer in another company because they promised to cover the offer but it was not true also in general it is impossible to raise the salary
