a great coworker and free air travel to FL once - decent insurance

Cons

They were planning on closing my office to cut costs, I caught them in it and told them I just bought a house and had a son and that I needed to know what was going on to plan. I was reassured that everything was fine. I trained 2 new employees to do a very similar job at their FL office and was let go as soon as they were sure they could do the job.

If you are full time they have unlimited PTO. However, there are soft limits and expectations on how you use it. If you are full-time and switch to part-time you have to earn PTO hours to use them and you start off with nothing.

Cons

It's an ecommerce company and their software has bugs and major flaws. They are not sure on what state contracts they have, which ones expired, how much suppliers should be paying in fees, etc. In 8 months I had 3 different supervisors. No clear vision on how to make improvements. No real staff appreciation. People don't respond to other people's emails or im's.
