      Pros include work/life balance, working and learning from other HR pros that are equally passionate about HR, transparency from leadership, ability to think like an entrepreneur, valued and respected, opportunity to build relationships with multiple businesses/clients plus so much more. My overall experience with myHR Partner can be described as a profound moment in my career, and I am truly grateful to have found such a great place to work!

      There are truly no cons that I can think of. I would say be prepared to transition somewhat in the way you typically work and think as an HR professional. If you welcome the idea of challenging and pushing yourself to a different level in your career with hard work and dedication, then this is a great opportunity!
