Pros

Wonderful work/life balance with plenty of flexibility and you can work from virtually anywhere!

Cons

It can be somewhat isolating working in such a focused environment. There are hours that pass without face-to-face interaction. This takes some getting used to if you've worked in an environment where employees/staff are coming directly to your desk or office.

40 hour work week. Top of the line co-workers. Incredibly flexible lifestyle.

Cons

In order to maintain a 40 hour work week, this is not a chit-chatty atmosphere. Every moment is focused on output. Although it is friendly and people feel connected, it is focused.
