Work for an awesome company with a great team! Collaborative environment. Good opportunity to continue to grow your skills & knowledge in HR. Lots of exposure to different businesses and industries. Great work/life flexibility!!

None that I can think of. It can take some getting use to when you come from a specific industry, but the team is very supportive.

The people at myHR Partner are wonderful colleagues. The company's core values are truly engrained in the culture, and the team is respectful, empathetic, and supportive of each other. Many team members have part-time hours and the company is fully remote, so the flexibility is fantastic.
