      Pros

      I'm a long-term employee who has seen us through our growth. We continue to be cared for as people and supported in every way possible. It is such a relief to not be overloaded with work and be able to control our own capacity.

      Cons

      Growth can be a little painful and we are no exception. But we are working our way through it. The senior leadership team is fully focused on new systems, tools, processes, etc. to fix what's not going great and it's working!

      Huge amount of support from management and colleagues. The company is interested in developing your skills and is interested in how you want to grow your career. myHR Partner recently rolled out a formal career pathing program to help each employee reach the next level in their career. The company continues to grow and there is so much potential here!

      Cons

      None come to mind! This is a great company.
