      Ability to live up to my potential.

      Cons

      Not the right place for someone that needs a lot of certainty or craves layers of hierarchical dogma. Some people that have come from large corporations have struggled with the autonomy.

      Pros

      Beautiful office space, fast-pace environment that promotes autonomy in your role. Regular meetings with your manager to discuss long-term goals and how to get there. Despite all the growth, I still feel like I'm more than "just a number." Fun atmosphere to work in but people are also very driven which is a great mix!

      The best company I have ever worked for, I have learned so much from working here and I have been supported by literally EVERYONE. Everyone here wants to see you do well and will help you get there.
