The compensation could be better. It's not awful, but below market for many many roles. There's not much flexibility with remote work options and there's a big emphasis on being in of their offices, even though the pandemic has shown that the company can be just as productive remotely. It can deter great talent, especially people from the coasts or those who don't want to live in a college town.

No cons. They seem to know their stuff and be very astute in their discussion making process and were able to assess my current abilities as it applied to alternative internal positions and being able to transition throughout the company.
