Pros

Love going into the office everyday. Great culture, benefits, and co-workers! Management is super flexible and understanding. I have only been at nCino a few months, and already feel like I am making a difference in the company. Proud to say I am a part of nCino!

Cons

Additional learning is needed if you do not come from a banking background, but nCino provides so many resources to get you up to speed. Have not found it prevent me from moving forward in my position.

Work life balance is generally decent, benefits are better than average

Cons

Pay is low, pay varies dramatically within a position and is not performance based, under performers are kept around and weigh down the teams, company is becoming more and more bureaucratic by the day
