nCino is a great company to work for. Fantastic culture which can be challenging to find. nCino is really a gem located in Wilmington, NC. Coastal living meets Silicon Valley tech start-up feel.

Cons

Being a start-up, there is constant change. Be prepared to be flexible when working at nCino.

Pros

Everyone is motivated and empowered to work hard to achieve the company's goals without being micromanaged. I love that I learn something new everyday at work. I enjoy working in a relaxed environment with like minded people. It is refreshing to work for a company that encourages collaboration and creativity and actually listens and reacts to suggestions and feedback.

Cons

We have limited space in our current office but will be relocating soon so that will not longer be a problem.

I joined the nCino team at the beginning of 2015 and couldn't ask for a better culture, team environment, and overall great company. Although young, nCino has what it takes to be hugely successful.

Cons

Since they are growing their employees at an exponential rate, they need to make sure they stay up to date with their product and keep the startup, "work/life balance" culture in tact.
