Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. We agree with you that our benefits offerings are very US focused. While the majority of our employees are in the US, we have critical members of our workforce in non-US locations. And while many of those locations have country regulated and administered benefits, we must ensure that we are maintaining our competitiveness in terms of the other benefit offerings provided by local companies in those markets. We are currently working on a new benefits strategy that will address this in calendar year 25. While we would like to launch this earlier, we simply need time to ensure we do this the right way. Also, on your advice to management that you are unable to list - we encourage you to reach out to your leadership team or even your People Operations contact and provide your thoughts and advice. We create so many forums for individuals who are invested in making the company even better to share their voice and offer solutions.
