      Fantastic culture, really 'walk the walk' rather than just paying lip service to values as many organisations do. Great people, visible and available leadership.

      - awesome company culture - flexible working arrangements - supportive colleagues

      - steep learning curve, not really a con if you like being challenged - overwhelming in the first couple of months
