      Pros

      Amazing Company Culture. It's rare that an employer truly sees the value in each person, in addition to listening to its employees. People are allowed to really be themselves here. I dont dread coming to work anymore.

      The supply of string cheese in the fridge is always gone before i can get to it.

      Pros

      I've never worked for a company that has been able to deliver on promises of growth like nCino. I believe this is the result of the way nCino empowers employees to take ownership of the product and customer experience. Communication is open, fluid, honest, and always valued.

      Cons

      You might not be able to restrain your excitement and find yourself talking about work too much at home.

      Pros

      The people who work here are amazing and truly are some of the smartest people I've met. That said, everyone is very outgoing, approachable, and very willing to help you out. The culture here is what makes this place so great. The perks of game rooms, off sites, nerf guns, and kegs in the kitchen are just the icing on top.

      Cons

      It's very fast paced and the company is growing every day. It can feel overwhelming at times and you definitely need to be able to speak up with questions and dig into issues independently as well. If you struggle with that then this may not be the place for you.
