      Great onboarding, top tier culture

      Pros

      I just joined and so far the onboarding has been great. Nice people looking after me each step of the way, great internal processes to get you up to speed. Friendly management and great leadership. Healthy pipeline and customer base. WFH is available although you will probably want to go to the office a few days a week, as it's a fun environment and can have a drink with colleagues.

      Cons

      The windows laptops could be faster. (although an upgrade is on the way as I write this, delayed due to chip shortage) There are just so many people to meet that you may feel overwhelmed at the beginning.

      Great People - the people here are amazing, its ideal working with such a diverse group of people. Culture - the people make the culture here, it really is special. Strong Growth - The company is growing strongly year on year with good prospects Interesting work - Challenging projects allow people to grow in their roles and learn on the job. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Normal con's of working in a large organisation - some processes feel slower than needed.
